Youth Leaders Balochistan Educational Forum, “GAR TU MEE KHOAII KY BASHEE KHUSH NAVISS, MAY NAVISS MAY NAVISS MAY NAVISS”. So, this quote shows that how important our writing is. As this form gives me confident to write to speak to think big. This is an online educational forum which provides us better opportunities to groom our self. This platform gives us chance to stayed in touch with our studies in home. Whenever it started, the platform faced many problems to groom it. The CEO was struggling hard to make it better. He faced many problems to upgrading their platform but he never give-up he continues his struggle with the strong aim and objectives towards this platform. In start its only as an online academy but with the passage of time and with the increasing of students, core team members decided to give more opportunities to the students of Balochistan or Pakistan as well with their platform. So, they started more courses with different time periods and course outlines. Then they decided to increase their network so they give opportunity to their students to be volunteer their selves and become an executive member of the YBLEF from their districts. Then the core team took interviews to candidates and selected some male and female candidates in every district of Balochistan. Then they stablish their official website, they make account in Facebook to connected their students. Now recently they started new writing form for their students to published their work and promoting there writing skills. Firstly, I joined as a student for short language course, then I applied as a female executive member from Quetta district. Now I’m linked with that form as an executive member and as a student as well. As long I have been working with them. The environment is superb, I’m working without any problem and pressure. After 2- or 3-months CEO called online team meeting to discus new updates and took our working reports. As a student this platform build my capacity to write some thing with my own knowledge. Its give me power to write on different contents. This platform grooms my leadership qualities as well. It supported me always in my work all team members encouraging me every time. This form motivates me to do CSS and start my own startup. As we know there’s some difficulties, we faced during doing course. Like the first one is during lecture the lecturer specks to slowly that make us sleepy. Second one is, due to shortage of time the assignment cheeker not gives answered us separately to improve in our own mistakes. Third one is some time the audios make resistance during lecture that makes our ears uncomfortable. So, these are some thing that the form is trying to solve that errors. This platform changes student’s life. Teacher were so concerned with the student when they were not responding or not able to give their assignments on time. Teacher give us time to understand their assignments and then he/she supposed to submit their assignments. Hope may ALLAH give more success to YBLEF.
