He spent countless nights studying, taking numerous tests, and clearing many BPSC (Balochistan Public Service Commission) examinations, including the prestigious Tehsildar exam.
Finally, the day came when Arz Muhammad achieved his dream. He secured a coveted government job as a government teacher. With unwavering determination and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, he started serving in the rural areas of Mastung. His students still remember him for his ability to beautifully engage multiple grades as a single teacher, making learning a truly enriching experience

As his journey continued, Arz Muhammad rose through the ranks in the government sector. He became a Subject Specialist and served in an Elementary College in Mastung, where he continued to shape young minds. His next endeavor was as the Principal of Wali Khan School and Pilot School, where he orchestrated a revolution, particularly in the latter. Under his guidance, the Pilot School transformed into an English Medium institution, opening up new horizons for the students.
Today, Arz Muhammad stands as the Deputy District Education Officer in Mastung. His journey has been one of extraordinary experiences, and he is known as one of the finest officers in the region. His cooperation with teachers and his unwavering devotion to providing standard education have made a lasting impact on the community.
