                    You can never obtain peace in the outer world until we can Make peace within ourselves. These are the beautiful words of the famous author Dalai Lama. The word peace consist of few words however containing a deep message inside. The actual meaning of peace is calmness, comfortness. It is a condition of relieving, tranquilising finding in every difficult or hard situations. It is also very essential to have an inner peace, your mental peace your mental calmness. Your mental peace brings very positively responses not only in yourself but in society too. One should sustaining the peaceful society by avoiding internal conflicts. But the question arises how can we maintain our mental peace ? So according to me the commencement of your inner relieve depend on you. Firstly Your faith and your belief should be stronger on God That he is best the best planner (indeed) what is happening and what will happen and what is gone and what will come in destination every thing will before reason. Secondly life is blessing from God don't waste it but utilize it for positivity and some basics are one should feel the beauty of nature, feels the beauty of essence. Be confident, be strong and Be kind towards yourself. Prioritize yourself first. Be ruminate of your flaws and struggle to overcome them. Do good deeds as they are rewarding unexpectedly. Do exercise regularly , do such activities that suppress your cortisol hormone. Listen to your favorite music it will sometimes makes your emotional relieve. If you are reading enthusiasts , start reading positive books. Keep busy in yourself will definitely get you away from negative thoughts. So I recommend you to apply these techniques to yourself mental peace
