I am Farzana Mohidin from district Mastung, Balochistan. I attained my schooling till  Matirc in  Girls High School of same city Mastung and higher secondary education from Girls college Mastung . I have done my graduation from University of Balochistan. Furthermore,  I have done some teaching courses like  Primary Teaching Certificate (PTC) from Mastung,  Associate Degree in Education (ADE) from University of Balochistan, and Bachelors in Education (B.ed) from Wafaqi Urdu University Karachi. Now I am working as an executive member of the YLBE  forum .Being a staunch educationist I never left any  chance of learning so the same reason brought me in meeting with a respectful and talented person Mr. Aziz Ahmed Alizai in 2012.

Whenever I came to know  the aim of the meeting it was about women empowerment and enhancing their skills specially who belonged to remote areas of the country and there is no any other sources to uplift their skills and capabilities and the aim of working side by side with their men to add in income by doing handicrafts and other hand made things and  to reduce the poverty in their areas . As a student I found it very cooperative and specially in meeting I got   motivated and it enabled me to do something for our youth. So honestly,  such aim to aggregate our youth on one page is an appreciated task and it's tireless efforts of our  youth leaders who are really passionate to reveal the  youth work IN front of local and foreign communities. Moreover,  the very key point specially we are getting a chance to learn online and digital business and creation of work in the  world.

Though we (women) face distinction yet in 21st century in every segment of life so such a forum Naming youth Leaders Balochistan Educational Forum and it's aim to revoke such a treatment against affected areas and bring change in their mind sets through educational awareness. So Youth Forum and it's goals to pave the ways of youngsters towards the invention and  enable them to be empowered and  encouraged  for  playing their vital roles in the development of beloved  country.
